葉耀元教授專訪重量級登場！
這次觀測站非常榮幸可以邀請到葉耀元教授來做專訪 ，針對歐盟情報及國際關係專家Pedro Baños之作《國家力量決勝點》中各項議題來跟大家做分享、討論。
書中作者提到，美國可能因其他已開發國家的國家福利預算不斷增加，而面臨在地緣政治上遭到孤立的困難，葉耀元教授是否同意這樣的觀察呢？另外，作者也花了很大的篇幅解釋各類外交型態，並提醒「強制外交」可能適得其反，那麼主打「戰狼外交」的中國是否有這樣的感知呢？書中作者也提到各國軍事發展能力，其中提到美國軍武發達的背後與龐大的軍工產業有關，那麼台灣是否能夠效法呢？阻礙又會是什麼呢？
