這一集的Podcast我們要來談上週的阿富汗事件，回顧阿富汗戰爭的起源與結果，以及川普與拜登的撤軍策略。美國的情報單位有預測到阿富汗政府能撐多久嗎？台灣又該如何看待這次的事件呢？
對於這樣的撤軍，引來了不只台灣，還有許多盟國對於美國承諾的質疑。白宮國安顧問蘇利文（Jake Sullivan）和拜登也都在上週各自回應這些疑美論。但是把台灣升級北約還有日韓等及盟友的拜登是否只是失言了呢？還是美國其實仍然維持著一貫的戰略模糊呢？
最後，我們也邀請到了中興大學國際政治研究所的崔進揆教授來跟我們一起談國際媒體和主流新聞是如何認識阿富汗還有為什麼美國對阿富汗政府垮台的預測差距這麼大？希望大家可以一起來思考台灣又能做什麼呢？
