立陶宛才剛在六月宣布捐疫苗給台灣，七月便和台灣互設代表處，直稱台灣為「國家」！果然如同我們所預測的反制動作，中國馬上在八月決定召回中國駐立陶宛大使。觀測站如何解讀這個事件呢？
